OTC antihstamines: Otc Cetirizine (generic of zyrtec) 1 tab, at bedtime should improve your symptoms with minimal if any sedation. If that doesn't work, then consult an allergist as the next step is to test to see what allergies you have so you can avoid the offending substances and also obtain a prescription for an intranasal corticosteroid spray. If that doesn't work immunotherapy may be indicated.
