Doubt it: If there is a new bump/mass you should have your doctor examine it, but highly unlikely a discrete mass is caused by Progesterone suppositories. Edema is diffuse and would not mostly be felt as a mass. In 20 years i've not seen this from Progesterone suppositories, but alternatives include intravaginal Crinone (progesterone gel) gel and intramuscular shots of Progesterone in oil.

Not sure: Please have your OB md check out the bump and possibly biopsy it for confirmation of what it is.
