A few ideas: If you have an isolated infection (acne) in this area you can do a few things. 1) leave it alone, chances are within a few days/week it will go away; 2) if you feel the need (i don't recommend) you can pop it if it has a white head, and clean area throughly with dilute mixture of hydrogen peroxide. I don't think you need a doctor visit unless looks liek something other than acne.
