Kidneys: Your kidneys are in this location. I would recommend that you see a doctor for an examination and they may need to consider doing an ultrasound of your kidneys to see if there's a problem that is leading to this pain.

Since Friday ive had horrible back pain in all sections of my back. All weekend only thing thats helped was laying on my left side. Now nothing helps. Its just gotten worse. Went to ob and my wbc in urine is 2 and rbc in urine is 1. Cant breath?
