Strong food allergie: Mild food allergies usually don't cause the symptoms you've mentioned. However strong, positive food allergies can certainly produce that. It would be best for you to work with your doctor, and get a comprehensive food allergy with complement testing done to determine which foods you must stay away from, and which food you can eat safely. Plus you will need to discuss the the need for epipen (epinephrine).
