Probably: Caffeine is a stimulant. People can have variable sensitivity to its stimulant qualities including having palpitations and dizziness. See what happens off coffee. If you drink it every day you may get a headache from withdrawal. If palpitations and/or dizziness persist or re-occur see a dr.

Many possibilities: One possibility that comes to mind is hyperthyroidism. Too much thyroid hormone can cause both symptoms. Anything that causes "palpitations" can cause dizziness by effecting blood flow to the brain. You definitely need to see your doctor for an ekg, bloodwork and an exam.
