How can i get help for thyroid issues that wont show up on bloodwork, my mother had them, been gaining weight and taking kelp helps me lose, its obvio?

If your thyroid: Blood tests are normal then your thyroid is functioning normally, you should not take thyroid medication to loose weight if you thyroid is normal. Too high thyroid is dangerous. I suggest balanced diet, moderate portions and 1/2-1 hour of exercise a day. Water exercise or swimming can be gentle on your joints.
