When to Test: If you have not missed a period yet then the tests are completely invalid. If you have missed a period and done more than one test it is unlikely that you are pregnant and may want to contact your gynecologist. Pregnancy testing is to be done fourteen or so days after the sexual encounter and when a period is missed.
