Olive leaf extract: Or other oral antimicrobial can be a good addition to the topical medicine you are using. Also, keep the area dry, change underwear daily, and give it some light and air. Do what doc advises. Peace and good health.

Fungal infection: I would suggest you get this checked by a physician as it may be a mixed infection and not responding to antifungals.
