Canker sores: The cause of canker sore is unknown but they are related to stress or trauma. Some people has a se society to sodium lauryl sulfate, sls, an ingredient in many toothpastes. Read the labels and try ANS sls free one and see if this helps.

Canker sores: The cause of canker sores is unclear. It may be an autoimmune response, especially in the presence of stress and local irritation. Do you have any specific allergies or sensitivities? Try to eliminate these sources- acidic and spicy foods? Sls in some toothpastes? Certain mouthwashes? Food allergies? Speak to your md and dds for some one on one evaluation and advice.
