Few options: Tylenol, (acetaminophen) warm or cold compresses (which ever feels better), gentle stretching, yoga or mediation are the safe / easy options. Worse pain needs discussed with your ob, as other medications are used in pregnancy, but your OB will know best as to which are safer in pregnancy.
