Anxiety?: I wonder if there is something you are particularly anxious about? What happens when you awake at that time? Do you start thinking about things? Do you start worrying about something? Remembering something you were supposed to do? If you are seeing a behavior therapist, this is absolutely what you should bring up at your next visit--get their ideas about how to handle this!
