Stop scratching: One you stop scratching the scab will form and they will stop bleeding. Apply gentle pressure until the bleeding stops.

Get rid of fleas: Humans are not natural hosts to fleas. Animal and environment around animal need to be treated to eradicate fleas. A topical emollient such as aquaphor combined with a steroid cream will allow the flea bites to heal. Even medihoney may be useful in speeding healing.
