130 over 70 a good blood prressure?

Not a problem: The upper number could be slighly lower but that is not a big deal. The other number, 70 is fine - keep it going.

Blood pressure: Optimal blood pressure is under 120/80. Various other factors are important in assessing blood pressure readings, including whether you have underlying cardiac disease, diabetes, kidney disease, prior stroke or tia. Your diastolic of 70 is fine, but the systolic BP of 130 is a little higher than optimal. Minimize salt in your diet and maintain a healthy body weight and aerobic exercise.
