Appendicitis: Most often appendicitis his right lower quadrant and progresses over an interval of the several days. There is such a thing as chronic appendicitis but usually this is recurrent episodes of right lower quadrant pain rather than a month of continued pain. Your symptoms do not sound like appendicitis but if you're concerned please seek medical attention.
