Bacterial vaginosis: This is not likely if you are referring to bv. On the other hand, once a woman has acquired this the male partner can have the skin of his penis colonized with the causative bacteria and transmit it back to the woman after she has been treated. It is not, however, considered a sexually transmitted disease.
