No alcohol, no alcohol: Drugs or smoking, avoid medications unless directed by your doctor(and let them know you are trying to get pregnant.) eat a healthy balanced diet. Take Folic Acid ( or a prenatal vitamin that has Folic Acid in it. Have intercourse every other day around ovulation.
