Urti: You're experiencing the common symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections. The infection are mostly caused by viruses. The symptoms will generally be mild to moderate and will subside in 2-4 days. You can take tyelenol or Ibuprofen to get help alleviate the headache, fever and body aches.
