Bartholin Gland cyst: The most common answer would be Bartholin's gland cyst. These are a blocked gland and behind the blockage fluid accumulates forming a small blueberry or grape sized cyst. See a gynecologist or family doctor for treatment. If so, it may need to be drained. Best of luck.
