Difficult: I agree that it is very difficult. Your reasonable goal should be 20 pounds over 6 months. The most successful people join a support group like weight watchers or tops. Good luck! stay with it - it's a long haul.

BMI 36: Hi. Your BMI is 36. Your high BP may be caused/exacerbated by your weight. No diabetes? Sleep apnea? You would at least warrant a trial of Belviq (lorcaserin) or Qsymia. Talk with your doc. Be open minded to therapy for obesity. Eat healthy and exercise regularly regardless. Good luck!
