A member asked:

When i was child i had a hepatitis a, so am i immune for life?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hepatitis A: Yes. Assumming an accurate diagnosis, having had hepatitis a earlier in your life will cause you to be immune to that virus for the rest of your life. You do not need to be immunized nor do you need to have antibody levels rechecked.
