Here are...: Bacterial UTI commonly happens to many young sexually active females; if so, usually within 48 hrs after sex. The common bugs are: gram(-) rods - e. Coli (86%), klebsiella, proteus, citrobacter, etc.; gram(+) cocci - enterococcus, staph. Saprophyticus, ...; rarely with pseudomonas, serratia, providencia. Sx: frequency, urgency, burning..
