A member asked:

How long does it take to start ovulating again after stopping birth control? (i have been off birth control for a week and a couple days.)

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Up to 90 days: After stopping birth control pills, most women have a return of their period and the preceding ovulation, within 32 days. However, it could take up to 90 days. If ovulation and menstrual periods do not return within 90 days, you should see a gynecologist for eveluation.
