can a blood pregnant test show up positive before a urine pregnant test? how early can the blood test show positive?

Dr. Michael DePietro

Yes: A serum ( blood) pregnancy test can be (+) as early as 7- 10 days post conception since it can detect very low levels of the pregnancy hormone beta hcg, the test gets more accurate as the pregnancy advances however.
