Depends.: The reaction from Lorazepam is dose dependent. There are individual responses depending on weight, age and the presence of other factors such as a history of smoking, drinking alcohol and whether anxiety is severe. We usually start from the lowest effective dose and titrate the dose depending on the individual response.
