Depend ....: Non-infectious/noninflammatory causes for testicular pain may result from: intermittent torsion, nerve fiber irritation (with or without prior inguinal surgery), hernia, etc. If the degree, duration, and interval of pain is highly variable, i can say for sure that the pain is not related with infection...
