Generally speaking, does a mild to average blunt injury to the testicles cause an infection "most" of the time????

Rare occurrence : Generally, mild blunt testicular trauma does not cause an infection. Most men at some time or another will experience this type of injury, which causes varying degrees of discomfort for varying amounts of time. Usually the effect, however intensely painful, is short-lived and should not be expected to cause an infection. While an infection is possible with severe blunt trauma, it is not the norm.
