Call your doctor: You may have fomed some new kidney stones as medullary sponge kidney have kidneys with cystic dilatation of the collecting tubules and are at increased risk for stones and utis.

Abdominal pain: Immediately call the dr who removed it.Could be side effect of pain meds or other injury .Need evaluation. Get us and ct scan and ua. Bleeding?
