i have an enlarged gland about 3 fingers below my left ear just under my jaw bone for about 2.5 years. no symptoms, ct scan was negative. what can it?

Otolaryngologist: This could be an enlarged salivary gland caused by a blockage in a duct. Also a solitary enlarged lymph gland or cyst. Have an otolaryngologist examine you and advise you.
