Normally PT: Is okay while pregnant. Inform your pt about this as the only thing you really do not want to do is anything new that is very strenuous that could cause physiologic stress. Basic pt should be okay, but discuss with your OB and pt to be safe. Your back pain will get worse with the pregnancy, most likely, so its a good time to make sure you are preparing yourself for the next nine months. Congrats!
