Ocular/Migraine?: Your description makes me feel that this may be related to migraine headaches. Need more information for sure. Vascular disease should not be a consideration in your age group. Best to talk it over with your doctor.

Migraine vs other: Do you also get headaches? Even without headaches, migraine can cause this. There are other less common conditions like tumors, emboli inside the bloodstream, and autoimmune conditions that may need to be ruled out. See an ophthalmologist to be safe.

Daily blindness: If your description of your symptoms is correct, see either a neurologist, ophthalmologist or an er physician as soon as possible. Your symptoms sound serious and you need to get a diagnosis and a treatment plan for them. Good luck.
