PCOS: Polycystic ovarian syndrome is routinely treated with a combination of diet medication and fertility drugs for people who desire pregnancy. Wedge resection of the ovaries used to be performed but has fallen out of favor due to adhesions and problems after the surgery. I would recommend that your relatively speak to our obgyn regarding specific recommendations.
