Not sure: I guess I have to wonder why you have free fluid in the uterus. Have you checked a pregnancy test? If not, you need to do so. Also, I am not sure that being extremely thin is a reason for feeling pain more than other patients. It seems that you need further evaluation with an ob/gyn or perhaps a second opinion.
