Yes: It is appropriate and recommended that you continue with routine dental care during pregnancy. In the case of "urgent" problems, these are also appropriate to address and treat during pregnancy. Also, if the tooth gets infected, there is some older evidence in the literature suggesting that this is associated with problems in pregnancy, such as preterm labor. Newer studies do not agree.

Get it fixed!: See your dentist asap, and you may even need an endodontist. You may need just a superficial repair, but you might need a root canal and maybe a crown. Periodontal infections increase the risk of pregnancy complications, so it's better to have it taken care of sooner rather than later.
