Maybe: At 11 weeks of pregnancy you would likely have seen something pass. Sometimes women don't have an 11 week miscarriage though, sometimes they miscarried much earlier in the pregnancy in which case there might not be anything to see per se. You should probably call your doctor for an appointment and a repeat ultrasound to see if pregnancy passed. Good luck.
