Varied possibilities: The area you describe is near the appendix but you sat there is no pain. If you are a female it might be the pain of an ovarian cyst or when ovulating. Watch for fever , chills, diarrhea, or blood in stool. Go to doc if sx worsen or persist another 48 hrs.
