Yes: If you feel you must have more than 1 beer, then you have a control problem. You are already drinking excessively and heavily. If you even think you have an alcohol problem (need to cut down, feelings of guilt about drinking), then you should consider yourself alcoholic and i strongly suggest asking for both professional help and help from recovering alcoholics (ie go to an aa meeting at least).

CAGE: Ask yourself these questions if you are concerned about your drinking: have you ever considered cutting down on your drinking? Have you been annoyed by questions about your drinking? Have you ever felt guilty about your drinking? Have you ever needed an alcoholic eye-opener in the morning to get going? If you answer "yes" to any of those questions, you should follow up with a counselor.

Yes: You are definitely abusing alcohol and you most likely suffer mental illness. Please see a psychiatrist to help you with a correct diagnosis and proper treatment. Self medicating with alcohol is dangerous. She will also help you stop drinking.
