Breast implants : Graves' disease is an autoimmune disorder that not only affects the thyroid but also the skin in certain instances. While there are no studies on breast implants in people with graves' disease it raises the question of whether you would be more likely to react to the foreign body or have a complication due to the skin inflammation. I suggest you discuss the issue with you're endochronologist and plastic surgeon and consider all options prior to proceeding with surgery.

Yes, if stable: Like any other medical condition, make sure your thyroid is under control. If your thyroid levels are normal, and your doctor treating you gives you the ok, it is perfectly fine for you to get implants. The main issue here would be with the anesthesia, so as long as your levels are normal you will be fine. Good luck!

It should be: Having said that, true active grave's disease can effect your blood pressure and cardiac function. It is important to have this under control at the time of undergoing general anesthesia. If this is the case, you should have no concerns about proceeding and the surgery should otherwise proceed uneventfully with risks comparable to any other individual.

Implants& confidence: Breast enlargement with implants is a relatively safe procedure if done for the right reasons in a motivated patient by a qualified physician, it usually gives an excellent result. Feeling complete or proportionate are terms commonly used by my patients and the results do engender confidence. Medical conditions like yours, if stabilized, should not be an issue for surgery or anesthesia.
