Tests are accurate: Congratulations (if you like cute little babies)! A newly pregnant woman can make an appointment to be checked at her doctor's office. If there is a medical issue or problem, she and her doctor can arrange for proper follow-up then. Otherwise, a cute little baby is on the way. However, miscarriages are a normal part of life, so some pregnancies will not survive to term.
