My doctor said i have piriformis sydrome, being doing tons of stretching and it seems better but now nearly everytime i move my leg my hip pops?

Snapping hip?: If popping is in front of hip, it likely is a loose psoas tendon (a hip flexing tendon), or maye another tendon. Otherwise, other tendons or ligaments could be a liitle loose. An ultrasound exam might see the tendon move with movement.
