Acne: Acne is challenging and often needs customized treatment. Skin care starts with good skin care, avoiding excess fats and sugars in your diet, drinking 80 oz. Water and exercise. Wash face with a gentle cleanser, like dhc oil cleanser (amazing non-oily product). Use salicylic acid for white heads, benzoyl peroxide for blackheads (both low dose, 2-7 d/week), moisturizer, and retinoids from doctor.
