See a psychiatrist.: You could not cure insomnia with any drug. Insomnia is a symptom and you need to find out the root cause of insomnia to treat it. I am not sure what ipomaniacal phase means . Do you mean hypomanic state? It is a state of mind that is less severe than manic state and insomnia is often a symptom. Lorazepam would help but some people have paradoxical effects. Please see a psychiatrist.
