U can take: Ranitidine(histamine 2 blocker) or any antacid (mylanta, maalox) with Isotretinoin without any drug interaction. Don't take the antacid and Isotretinoin at the same time or space them apart by at least 4 hours so that the absorption of the latter won't be affected.
