Time to look further: The results suggest that neither your heart nor your lungs are the reason, so its time to look for other possible causes. Do follow-up with your doctor for further evaluation, but two possibilities that come to mind are anaemia and hypothyroidism if you have not already been checked for these.

Does a person need to have a pulmonary function test to rule out asthma? Dr. didn't think asthma. EKG, CBC, blood clotting test, chest x-ray all normal. Covid negative. Still feeling a little shortness of breath. Always been athlete. No problems?
