Will need to see dr.: Small lump in groin is of concern, and if it's painless, that's good, but it nevertheless needs to be checked out when you get your insurance/ can go to a public health clinic for evaluation (pelvic, general physical exam).Your hip pain you state that you need replacement surgery.So, you need to have the pain managed by otc meds, or acupuncture, or pt. See your doctor for overall mgmt regardless.
