Not normal, see dr: Depending on how much weight you lost, you are displacing weight differently now using different muscles, but it should not be causing cramps in your legs and shoulders. You will benefit from having your doctor look into this further, and come up with a treatment plan. If it continues, you may need to see a do, who can do a musculoskeletal exam on you, and treat you osteopathically too.

See your md: Your symptoms are too generalized to give you a good " diagnosis " in this forum. Back pain w/ cramps , wt. Loss etc. Is not a normal symptom constellation . See your pcp for examination . Best of luck!
