Irritable bowel: This pattern is often due to irritable bowel. Often the first movement is formed and then a few loose movements follow without much problem the rest of the day. Taking an antispasmodic like Bentyl (dicyclomine) 1/2hour before breakfast prevents the urgent loose movements. Discuss this with your physician.
