Probably that will -: Be towards the bottom on the list of possibilities. The pain of such sudden onset is likely due to a pulled muscle, or from an inflamed appendix, ovarian cyst, etc. The bleeding could be from your fibroids. See your gyn to be properly investigated and treated.
