See a doctor: Sounds like a variety of symptoms for which it might be hard to find one single diagnosis. However, i would start with a general medical workup looking at thyroid levels, vitamin levels, electrolytes, perhaps even heavy metals. If there are any symptoms like a fever or cold, seek attention sooner rather than later.
