Yes: The trauma of your rape and bullying can cause lifelong trauma. The best treatments include counseling and discussing the situation with your doctors. There are a number of good treatments available to you.

Yes it can: Some people are able to suppress their symptoms and suffering for many years before coming to treatment. I have treated people in their 60's whose histories of abuse, bullying, rape, etc occurred much earlier in their lives. Psychotherapies such as cognitive processing, emdr, and somatic experiencing can be very effective, along with medications as needed. Homeopathy can also be very helpful.
